d. Scenery Rendering (one final rendering will fulfill this requirement; it is not necessary to show design process in the production book)
e. Budget (you may submit a projected master production budget; please include breakdown of how much money will be spent on scenery and break it down to detail paint, lumber, fabrics, etc, Costumes: fabric, notions, patterns, etc. Lighting: gel, lamps, etc. Publicity: Printing, programs, etc)
f. Costume Plot
g. Lighting Plot (You may use a general UIL OAP Area plot and include the plot in the book from one of your locations)
h. Properties PlotÂ
i. Sound PlotÂ
j. Stage Manager’s Reports (production meetings, dailies, pre-show check-list, emergency speech and procedures, contact sheet) if you don’t have a student SM include templates you would use if you did have a SM.

k. Promotion & marketing materials: photographs, program, flyers, posters, programs, press releases reviews, trailers, FB posting (display those applicable to your situation)Â Â
